No PVP for Members

Ever since i've joined Live and Learn I have noticed that the Member rank is the the most abused rank on the server. Being a higher level gives the option to kill Members usually whenever we feel like doing so. Now, if I look back to when I was Member I remember being killed non-stop and I was supprised that I didn't rage quit the server forever. I thaught it was just a short term thing to kill Members, but it seems to never stop.
When first joining a new server players look for kindness and respect, but it seems like all we do is say "Welcome" and then immediately kill them over and over again. If you ask me thats the reason the server dosen't have as many players as possible.
My solution to this problem is for players that are Members should be able to turn PVP off for them if they feel like doing so. Once they rank up to Alpha PVP should be turned on forever.
I feel that if the server works like this then Live and Learn Prison Server will be a much more popular place.

well back when i was ya know in america I can stop all the higher ranks from killing members because of my influence on the server. If they dont stop well i can just kill them lol basically what happened. I would put random members i thought were cool under my protection and then they start playing a lot and fully enjoy the server.

i think that if members start a fight the other person can try to kill them but only that once but they cant start a fight with a member its the perfect solution and if omega or sigma pple are on and they see somone kill a member for no reason they can kill them
