PRISON revival

Hello,

Prison has become my #1 priority. I don't know what will happen w/ SMP since it didn't go over too well and is prone to bugs/complications. That said, I will be focusing in on and reviving prison.

I started today with some things I wanted to get done:
-Item frames everywhere
-Updated worldguard protection
-Added a border to spawn (tell me what you think, this can change)
And, my personal favorite:
-RANK WARPGATES -> no longer do you have to fiddle with those annoying rank warps, just walk in the warp gate! I'll need some opinions whether to make the portals out of nether portals or water. See the server for examples and to test this out

WHAT I WANT TO DO:
-Fix /spawn
-Make /vote and /donate commands to cut down on annoying announcements
-More organized shop/cell distribution
-WTF happened to gangs
-General Beautification
-MOAR TOURNEYS

-Fixed /spawn - all members can do it with a 3 second warmup, elitevips and up can do it without a warmup.
-Fixed /sethome - can only be used in plot area
-Fixed /home
ADMINS: If you find an elitevip or above without these benefits, do /vip PLAYERNAME

-Added colored nametags above head based on rank
-Fixed mob spawning
-Updated VIP shop
-Fixed exp from mining (Bubbles are spawned now, and farming also gives exp)
- /vote and /donate commands - removed annoying links in announcements
-OCD fix in gamma

Ok well if your gonna focus on the prison more what I ask is leave it up during nights, since im in India ill just try to find bugs in the stuff your doing and send it to you via skype or if I can get on the server in american time ill send it to talk to you about it in minecraft.

Well the thing on the tourneys are that 1. You guys are almost never on (I realize that you did all that stuff and I'm proud) 2. The "mods" are almost never on also, in the past almost week, I've only seen Ethan log on once and that was just to say "Whats going on guys" then leave less than 5 minutes later.

ok i am coming on to see nick if you guys are done with mods so i can host some tourneys because my punishment is kind of gone, i can play only 2 hours a day on wekkends

So tourneys me and zacky can do and the item frames too

and the /donate you can use buycraft and it is /buy for it

i see no flaw with his idea but i feel as if there is one

New events is defenitly something we need to work on. We may use multiworld and have a CTF plugin installed there or something idk yet. PVP isnt really used so i might remove it.
