Player Shop Issue

Due too alot of shop owners selling their items for over 5 times the normal price and WAY over VIP price, we have decided to put the following rule in effect.

ALL SHOPS WILL BE CLOSED DOWN BY THE NED OF THE MONTH.

If you bought a shop, you will be refunded money and give n1 week to clear all your things out.

We will personally break your sell signs and let you empty your things.

After this, we will give shops to donaters who donated some amount or more.

If we find you selling items for more again, you will be banned from player shops.

We may also impliment a shop rental system.

My custom enchants store is fine right wait I never put signs and stuff in my shop, so its perfectly fine. Anyway I keep my shop.

Let me clarify.

starting this sunday, i will personally break all the chestshop signs in player shops.

Nick will disable chest shops for players and you will have EXACTLY 1 WEEK to clear your things out before we demolish your shop and everything in it.

Everyone will be refunded the money they paid and we will close the top 2 lvls of shops.

After this, we will raffle off the remaining shops to donaters and keep 1 or 2 shops that can be rented for a fixed rate a week.

And i didnt even put my sigsn up because i need help with em.
And my plan was to sell the armor for 10-50 lp more.

I have a few questions:

1. Who sells cobble for 5 times the normal price?!? That's losing money...

2. How are you going to schedule the raffle? It's like the tf2 thing where it's hard to schedule.

and

3. Why such a serious reaction for a small issue? Just put a limit and check shops occasionaly!

The issue was that members could easily rank up because they could sell their cobble for five times the price avalible to them in the mem shop and then donors could make even greater profits. This is a big issue because it makes the game unfair for veterans, it displaces the rank times because peopel can rank up faster than they should be able to, and it makes the shops nick set up in each mine pointless. In essence shops are a good idea for irreglar goods or enchanted amor/ equipment, but the idea of people being able to rank up faster and exploit other members of the server is just not right.

I had an Armor shop, i had no part in this exploiting.

Mine was custom enchants but they were for a hefty price, so members and stuff couldnt just get god stuff but higher ranks like delta can afford some preety sweet enchants from me prob not god but close. (members can afford like eff2 and unbreak 2, so my shop was perfectly fine. Enchanted armor and equip was basically what i was doing i was never selling or buying cobble or whatever.

I don't actually see how this will fix the issue... lol

Because the only people who will own shops are doners, whos shops i will patrol every 3 days or so to make sure prices are correct. If i find any prices that are not reasonable, i willgive a warning, anbd they fix it themseleves.
2nd time it happens i fine them a certain amount of moeny based on the price of the thing they were selling.
3rd time is i take away their shop with no refund.

Selling armor for 50-100 lp more than the vip shops isnt so bad is it?

Due to the fact that everyone on the server appears to be a FUCKING RETARD,

we are now forced to limit shops to beta+, as well as having to regulate shop prices because SOME SHOP OWNERS DONT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

If i find any shop going A SINGLE LIFE POINT OVER THE VIP SHOP PRICE, i will permanently ban you.
